The team behind rednea
Two builders, one mission: making Swiss businesses more reachable.
rednea started in March 2026 as a side project for the Swiss market and is now a company in its own right, based in Lachen SZ. It began with an everyday problem: when you call a tradesperson or a practice, you often can't get through.

Swiss native from the Entlebuch region with years of experience in IT and software, both nationally and internationally. Today Semir is an entrepreneur based in Lachen SZ, and he founded rednea to make SMBs more reachable with modern AI.

Every Swiss SMB deserves a professional phone reception — around the clock, in all national languages. rednea makes that possible, without extra staff or complex technology.
What rednea does
Answers calls, around the clock
rednea picks up every call, including evenings, weekends and when several customers call at once. Callers get a friendly greeting and their request is taken down in full.
Books appointments
rednea books appointments straight into your calendar during the call, for example Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. The appointment is in, without you picking up the phone.
Forwards what's urgent
Following your rules, rednea forwards important calls to the right person or takes down a callback. What can wait, waits; what's urgent reaches you right away.
A summary after every call
After each call you get a summary by email or SMS with the caller's name, number and request. Every call and its transcript is in your dashboard.
Five languages plus Swiss German
rednea speaks German, French, Italian, English and Spanish, and Swiss German too. It detects the caller's language automatically.
