What is rednea?
rednea is a Swiss AI phone assistant — answers your business calls around the clock, books appointments, qualifies inquiries and forwards important calls. All without human intervention.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You keep your number and you do not port anything. You set up call forwarding to your rednea number with your phone provider: for all calls, only when the line is busy, or only when nobody answers. Before you forward, you can test the assistant directly on the rednea number.

rednea speaks Swiss German, Standard German, French, Italian, Spanish and English. The caller's language is automatically detected and the assistant responds in the same language. For German, you decide whether the assistant answers in Swiss German dialect or in Standard German.
Can the assistant be personalised?
Yes. You can customise the greeting, conversation style and instructions so your assistant matches your business.
What happens when the assistant can't answer a query?
The assistant takes a message or forwards the call to a human, depending on your settings. No call is ever lost.
How secure is the data my AI assistant processes?
Data protection is our top priority. All conversations and information are securely processed in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and the GDPR. Data is stored in Switzerland.
