Before every proposal, rednea performs a real-time lookup in your calendar and respects existing appointments, buffers, and blocked times. The appointment is written immediately — if a manual entry sneaks in within milliseconds, rednea falls back to the next free slot.
What happens when customers cancel or reschedule?
The customer calls, even outside opening hours. rednea takes the cancellation or the reschedule request, and your team gets the summary by email (or SMS, if you switch it on).
Do customers get automatic reminders?
No, rednea does not send reminders. rednea answers incoming calls: customers who want to cancel or move an appointment can call at any hour. If your calendar system sends its own reminders, that stays as it is.
Can rednea manage appointments for multiple staff members?
Yes. rednea sees the availabilities of all connected staff calendars in parallel. If the customer has no preference, rednea offers the first matching slot. If they request a specific person, rednea books exclusively in that person's calendar.
Can I define blocked times and breaks?
Yes. You define opening hours, lunch breaks, internal meetings, holidays, and emergency-only windows. rednea never offers slots outside these times.
What if no slot fits the caller?
rednea proposes up to three alternative times. If nothing fits, rednea captures name, callback number, and preferred window and creates a task for your team — including the transcript so you can call back informed.
