Is there a minimum term?

No. All rednea plans are monthly and can be cancelled anytime. You can switch, pause, or cancel without fees or penalties.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. rednea is month-to-month with no minimum term. You are not locked in and can cancel at the end of any month. No strings attached.

What counts as a minute?

Every minute of a call on your rednea number counts, from pickup to hang-up. If rednea forwards a call to your team, the forwarded time counts too. 300 minutes typically covers 200–300 incoming calls per month, depending on call length and on how many calls are forwarded.

What happens if I exceed the included minutes?

Additional minutes are billed at the per-minute rate of your plan. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime — often cheaper than overages.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free and takes about 30 minutes. We analyse your most frequent calls, build scripts, and connect your calendar — all together with you.

Are prices in CHF?

Yes, all prices are in CHF excluding VAT. Invoices arrive monthly by email.

Which plan fits my business?

Basic (CHF 90) fits small operations with up to ~100 calls/month. Professional (CHF 290) fits SMBs with ~400 calls or more integrations. Scale (from CHF 590) fits larger practices, firms, or organisations with specialised needs. When in doubt, start with Basic — upgrade anytime.

Can I switch between annual and monthly billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 10%. You can switch back to monthly anytime — the change takes effect at the next renewal.
